The purpose of this non-political, non-profit organization is to provide a wholesome, extra-curricular, amateur athletic program, as complete as enrollment and facilities permit, for the youth of Upper St. Clair township regardless of race, color, or creed and further to sponsor any feasible athletic endeavor for any age group.
