The purpose of this non-political, non-profit organization is to provide a wholesome, extra-curricular, amateur athletic program, as complete as enrollment and facilities permit, for the youth of Upper St. Clair township regardless of race, color, or creed and further to sponsor any feasible athletic endeavor for any age group. This corporation shall work with (but not for) the township and the School Board toward the pursuit of this purpose.

The Corporation shall be non-profit, non-partisan, and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, age, handicap, or national origin.

The aim of the Upper St. Clair Athletic Association is to create excellence through competition, participation and through the development of young male and female players. Emphasis is placed on fair and balanced athletics programs promoting fundamental education of the individual sports while teaching sportsmanship in a team environment. We strive to inspire, encourage and empower youth through participation in sports.
